Who we are
Horizon Procurement Solutions is a trading name of TZA Inc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 12055213, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. What we collect
If you use the quote form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give one, the delivery postcode, the details of what you are asking us to source, the date you need it by, and any file you attach. If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, place and fulfil an order, and keep the records a business is required to keep. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests where we are responding to a business enquiry, and performance of a contract once you place an order. Where we are required to retain records for tax or customs purposes, our basis is legal obligation.
We will not add you to a marketing list from a quote request, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
To source a part we normally have to tell a supplier what is needed and where it is going. That means sharing the specification and, where relevant, the delivery address. We share the minimum needed to get you a price and a delivery. Some of our suppliers are outside the UK, so your information may be transferred abroad; where that happens we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law.
We also use ordinary business service providers, such as our email provider, who process information on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years, so that we can recognise a repeat request. Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and customs requirements. Attachments are kept with the enquiry they belong to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email info@hpsukltd.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
